"What a fantastic oil!
Having never used chilli oil before in cooking I decided to give this a go and I am extremely pleased I did. I put a small teaspoon first to check what it was like and it was like a taste explosion going off in my mouth, you can really taste the smokiness but not overbearing and it certainly has some kick. We have not used any other oil since. We like to use it in curries and to also marinate fish and chicken."
